Nice write-up. I really enjoyed this.

I was just discussing a similar issue with a colleague yesterday… regarding the question of “Is something on-track?” A “yes” could mean anything from “it’s actually done” to the equivalent of the downhill stretch of a hill chart, to “I haven’t done anything yet, but I think I can get it done before the deadline.”

And then there’s the “It’s basically done, but…” :)
